Hiawatha is fun to say. It's also fun to ride. But the tunnels-oh the dark tunnels! I am not a strong biker, and were I to ride the Hiawatha again, I would be sure to have a really bright light! We had such a big fun group of friends come on Saturday, just after rafting the day before. The views are so beautiful! The high bridges are scary, but not as bad as that first long tunnel! We decided to ride back up, too, which was really fun and I took it slow. I think most riders take the shuttle back up, which is a nice option if you have kids.
