Easter Sunday

Look we're all facing forward!

Avery on the move. By the way, this week is her 18 month mark!
One of my favorite things about Aves is how she dances whenever she hears a beat, whether she's sleeping, or if it's the closing credits of a show in the other room, she'll bop her head and wiggle.
She can also hold her own. The above picture is her aggressive face, usually accompanied by tensing up her whole body, growling, and pinching whatever she can get a hold of on Tate.
We had lots of fun with a couple Easter egg hunts last week. In a rare calm, Tate decided to do some reading.
Then he went out for some door to door sales. Found in his briefcase: a coaster, stuffed lion, hour glass, some baby toys, and snacks.

When he discovered this briefcase at grandmom's house, he toted it around telling everyone he was going to church. So it was fun to actually attend church with g-ma and g-pa and bring their little briefcase along. As we left church yesterday, I heard a little, "Bye castle!" from the backseat. He insists most church buildings and temples are castles.

That first picture is so cute. Too bad Avery looks angry.
