12 Months

I don't think I posted her 12 month onesie pictures, either, so here they are in all her adorable-ness! Love this girl!

First Day of School 2016

It's October and I just realized that I never posted our first day of school pictures!  Tate's in third, and he has 3 different teachers, one each for homeroom/science, math, and reading, in addition to his specials teachers (music and PE).  Avery is in first grade with Mrs. Baker.  Bre sent me this cute picture of Lane's first day of kinder, so I included him =)  His teacher is an old friend of his aunt Melanie, and she's their neighbor!  Henry likes to walk the kids to the bus stop and pack his own lunch.  But he doesn't act too sad about having all the toys to himself at home most of the day =) 

Yard Sales and Hiking

On Friday the littles and I were headed to the park when we ran into a yard sale.  We found this sweet old dairy box that I'm guessing used to keep the milk cold.  Finley likes it and it will make a great toy box for the porch.  Today we were looking for a certain hiking trail near campus and found this stage the kids played on a bit before we turned around and found the actual trail.  It's right on the edge of campus and so beautiful.

Walking

Baby Girl loves her walker.  She insists on walking in the street and screams or turns her walker's direction right back to the road when I put her on the sidewalk.  Unless she's following these two studs-Henry and James, his buddy.  They were so cute cruising the neighborhood together and watching out for each other.  Finley is 13 months old now and has been walking all month more and more. 

Pink Cheeks Pink Ride

Finley loves a Barbie car and I love her pink cheeks and fuzzy pink polka dot PJ's =)

Swinging

Finley loves to swing.  I am so happy that a swing set was installed just two blocks from our home.  We went almost everyday this week. Sure, in most pictures here, she's scowling, but don't let that face fool you-she's loving it!

Derby Hat

 School starts tomorrow.  We visited Grandma and Grandpa in Kennewick last weekend as our last summer trip.  I have mixed feelings about school.  The kids could use some getting away and working and friends, but the busy schedule will be unwelcome.  I won't complain anymore, though, because I still have two littles at home and our schedules aren't too bad.  We have school, speech, scouts, activity days (my church calling), and Avery would like to sign up for gymnastics.

Isn't Finley's fancy hat amazing?!  It makes me happy =)
